Coast Discovery Inn

We enjoyed a king size room on the 6th floor. The views were wonderful. The bed, bathroom and room size were all very comfortable. The hotel was across the road from our early morning tour so that was very convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the large shopping carpark and this is where the free parking is provided. The breakfast was extensive.

Breakfast was simple but there was plenty of choice - eggs, toast waffles cereals, yoghurt etc plus fresh fruit to take away. The dining room was bright and bubbly and the staff on duty went out of their way to be friendly and accomodating. I was impressed.

The property is nice, clean and presentable.

The room, staff, breakfast , parking and location were all prefect for our needs.

I arrived via the coastal highway and left via the island highway. The hotel was easily accessed from both. It was right in the heart of downtown Campbell River. The hot tub was very welcome after a long drive from Victoria.
